Five Dream Sequences is a 60's avant-garde work. Each performer plays from the full score, at times matching entrances.
The music is mostly unmeasured, so a conductor is necessary to indicate entrances.
The work is highly "coloristic" rather than rhythmic.
This work has not yet been recorded professionally.
